Linda Rurangirwa
Litigation Experience and Results
Linda is a Partner in DRR Law Group and works in the Los Angeles and Las Vegas offices. Linda specializes in medical malpractice and dental malpractice, as well as healthcare-related litigation in California and Nevada. She defends physicians, dentists, hospitals and healthcare professionals against professional liability actions.
Linda has second-chaired several medical malpractice jury trials to verdict, with excellent results. She has authored many dispositive motions on behalf of her clients, as well.
Linda also defends dentists before the dental board and consults with clients with regard to HIPAA compliance and reporting of suspected HIPAA violations.
Education and Background
Linda graduated from Creighton University with a degree in Chemistry. She then attended St. Louis University School of Public Health and obtained a Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology. Thereafter, she attended University of Minnesota School of Law, graduating cum laude with a Juris Doctor.
Linda was consistently named a Super Lawyers rising Star from 2007 through 2016.

Linda is a member of the State Bar of California and a member of the State Bar of Nevada. She is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and its Litigation Section. She is licensed to practice before all courts of the states of Nevada and California, as well as the United States District Court, Central and Southern District of California, and the District of Nevada. She is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, Defense Research Institute, and Las Vegas HEALS.
