Amanda Rosenthal

Amanda is a Partner with DRR Law Group.  After starting her career clerking for the Honorable Valorie J. Vega in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Amanda turned her focus to defending healthcare providers.  Amanda’s main practice focuses on the defense of healthcare providers in professional negligence actions. She also represents clients in administrative proceedings, including proceedings before the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners, the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners, the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy, and the Chiropractic Physicians’ Board of Nevada. Additionally, Amanda defends clients in general negligence actions, including premises liability and negligent security matters. Amanda has been successful in defending her clients all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States, and successfully argued before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals after obtaining dismissal in favor of her clients. Amanda enjoys making a detailed analysis of the facts of each case, in providing the best defense possible, and enjoys the challenge each case brings. 

Amanda obtained her juris doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, where she was a member of Oregon Law Review. She is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada and the Utah State Bar. Amanda is admitted to practice before all Nevada state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, all Utah state courts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
